AL600G i Groove⁺ Edition

In addition to a wire rotating mechanism, the i Groove^⁺ Edition includes an improved control system for the pump that consumes large amounts of power, achieving energy savings of approximately 20% compared to conventional models. It also uses newly developed digital HF control. Continuous digital monitoring is performed during machining in order to maintain the optimal discharge conditions and achieve improvements in both machining speed and accuracy. This product is capable of stable machining even when there are external disruptions (changes in water quality or changes in workpiece sludge density). It is also effective in reducing sagging at corners.
